Hello Friends of the Marble Quarry

Columbia is in Tuolumne County, but only 4 miles from the border of Calaveras County. Enjoy activities in both.

Keep an eye on our website: www.marblequarry.com Take advantage of our winter mid week rate specials. We welcome clubs and family reunions.

During the winter, when tule fog sets into the San Joaquin Valley,it ceilings at about 1,700'. We are located at about 2,200', and are in the sunshine. When it rains, it can rain hard for short periods of time. When it snows, the snow line generally does not get below about 3,000'. We are located in a "banana belt".

Stay here, eat in restaurants near here, and go up to play in the snow during the day (45 minutes). We have warm restrooms and hot showers.
